By booking or purchasing any session, program, personalized report, subscription, live or group session, event, training, digital product, or service with Indigo Blessings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not book or purchase.

In these terms, "Indigo Blessings," "we," and "us" mean Indigo Blessings, Kristen Nance, and Daniel Nance. "You" means the client booking or receiving services.

Dr. Kristen Nance's holistic wellness services are covered by a separate Holistic Wellness Consent & Acknowledgment Form, completed before your first wellness session.

1. Services Covered

These terms apply to every spiritual, intuitive, energetic, and educational service offered by Indigo Blessings, now or in the future. This includes, but is not limited to, intuitive and tarot readings, Soul Reclamation and other energy work, multi-session programs, personalized reports, monthly subscriptions, live and group sessions, events, practitioner trainings, and digital products or courses.

 

Services may be delivered in person, by video, by phone, by email, or as recorded or written content.

2. Nature of Our Services

Our services are spiritual, intuitive, and energetic, and are meant to support insight, reflection, and personal growth.

​

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. For those needs, please consult a qualified professional.

​

Guidance offered in a session reflects your practitioner's intuitive interpretation at that time. You keep your own free will, and all decisions you make are your own.

​

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself or others, please contact 911, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or a mental health professional right away.

3. What You May Experience

Spiritual and energetic work can bring things to the surface. During or after a session, you may notice:

​

• Emotional release, such as tears, sadness, or relief

• Tiredness, restlessness, or vivid dreams for a few days

• Shifts in how you see relationships, choices, or old patterns

 

These are a normal part of the process. We encourage you to rest, drink water, and reach out to your practitioner or a qualified professional if anything feels overwhelming.

You agree to tell your practitioner about anything that could affect your session, such as recent trauma, a mental health concern, or a pregnancy.

​

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Payment plans. Payment plans are automatically debited from your chosen payment method according to your agreed-upon schedule. If a payment is declined or missed, sessions and services will be paused until your account is brought current.

 

Subscriptions. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle.

​

Rescheduling and cancellations. Please give at least 2 hours' notice to reschedule. Sessions missed or cancelled with less notice may be forfeited.

​

Refunds. Because our services involve time and energy given at the time of service, completed sessions, delivered reports, and training or digital content already provided are non-refundable. Credits will be given for future services, if given advance notice of at least 2 hours in advance to booked sessions.

5. Confidentiality, Recordings, and Testimonials

What you share in sessions stays private. We will not share your information without your written permission unless the law requires it, or if there is a serious risk of harm to you or someone else.

​

Private sessions are not recorded unless we both agree in advance. Group sessions, live sessions, and trainings may be recorded for participants. In group settings, you agree to keep other participants' stories private.

​

We will only share a testimonial from you with your permission, using your first name only.

​

6. Release of Liability

You choose to receive our services voluntarily and take responsibility for your own decisions and actions, during and after your sessions. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you release and agree to hold harmless Indigo Blessings, Kristen Nance, Daniel Nance, and their staff from any claims arising from these services or from choices you make based on them.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a disagreement arises related to services from Indigo Blessings, both parties agree to first try to resolve it directly and in good faith. If that does not resolve it, both parties agree to mediation with a neutral mediator. If mediation does not resolve it within 60 days, the dispute will be settled by private, binding arbitration rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in Mecosta County, Michigan, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Each party will pay its own costs unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

8. Clients Under 18

Services for anyone under 18 must be booked by a parent or legal guardian. By booking, the parent or guardian agrees to these terms on the minor's behalf.

​

9. Acceptance and Updates

By booking or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions. They apply to all services you have received from Indigo Blessings, past and future.

​

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your booking or purchase applies. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
